Finishing Operator â€" 3rd Shift

Position: Finishing Operator â€" 3rd Shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
Location: Hightstown

We are currently looking for a candidate to fill a role as a Finishing Operator.

The finishing operator checks for correct copy and color of the label order, completes all necessary paperwork and inspects the order in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures as well as ensures that all customer specifications for finishing are followed.

The successful candidate will be responsible to:

• Complete an inspection worksheet for the function performed
• Check copy against the Quality Assurance approved copy sample
• Check color against the Quality Assurance approved color sample
• Verify that all finishing customer specifications are followed
• Complete a daily log of all orders inspected
• Splice out any inferior printed material
• Pack the order into a carton(s) and applies all required identification and shipping documentation
• Communicate with the supervisor on quality issues
