• Operate material handling equipment (Reach & Forklift) for warehouse manoeuvres.
• Execute daily Core & Support activities (Receiving, Picking, Staging, Shipping, Special Orders, Quality Control, Inventory Auditing, etc.) on time & in full.
• Propose & lead various initiatives and process improvements pertaining to all FC activities.
• Enforce best practices in matters of Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Take accountability for Core & Support activities and propose action plans when results are not met.
• Other related tasks.

• Ability to work physically: standing, moving and lifting up to 49 lbs (22kg) in variable temperatures.
• 2+ years experience operating material handling equipment (Reach & Forklift) in a production environment (fulfillment center, warehouse, factory). Will be tested during interview.
• Mandatory forklift and reach operator license (proof required).
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multistep processes.
• Experience in a quality control environment, an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the US.
• Experience in a small team or startup is a plus.

• Competitive salary ($23/h) + eligibility to 10% bonus.
