, you’ll own the rhythm of production for a key business unit, turning forecasts into executable plans and chaos into clean schedules.
This is a hands-on, high-visibility role where your decisions directly impact customer delivery, inventory health, and operational efficiency. You won’t sit in a silo—you’ll collaborate daily with Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain to keep products flowing and customers satisfied.

What You’ll Be DoingBuild and manage production schedules using MRP and ERP tools
Identify material needs, shortages, and supply risks before they become problems
Partner with Manufacturing to balance capacity, efficiency, and demand
Coordinate daily, weekly, and long-term planning across cross-functional teams
Work closely with Procurement, subcontractors, and external partners to ensure materials are ready when needed
Respond to demand changes, prioritize production, and minimize out-of-stocks
Support product launches, promotions, and transitions with proactive planning
Track KPIs, analyze performance vs. plan, and recommend corrective actions
Release, manage, and close production orders while maintaining accurate planning parameters

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in a CPG manufacturing environment
Strong hands-on experience with MRP, ERP systems, and BOMs
Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized
Confident communicator who works well across teams
Someone who enjoys solving problems before they hit the shop floor
