Looking for an experienced senior seafood specialist to over see and actively manage the day- to day operations of a large scale seafood wholesale operation. The focus, needs to be on delegation and productivity to ensure fluid production, packing, shipping, prepping and storage. Must have 7-10 years of seafood experience in a wholesale capacity. Must be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time and lift (when needed) 50 pounds or more.
