We are seeking an experienced and driven Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient plant performance, maintaining high standards of product quality, meeting production goals, and managing a motivated and well‑trained team. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of operational expertise, team leadership, and process improvement skills.

• Direct and manage all day‑to‑day plant operations
• Ensure efficient production flow, cost control, and quality assurance
• Lead, train, and supervise plant staff to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain open communication with senior leadership and other departments
• Enforce safety standards and ensure a clean, compliant work environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing plant or production management role
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
