Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $36.00/hr

Seeking a highly skilled Machinist for precision manufacturing, including setup, operation, and programming of CNC machines. The ideal candidate will leverage 3 axis, 3 + 2 axis, and full 5 axis machining to optimize production, troubleshoot complex machining issues, and ensure top-quality parts. Role includes maintaining machinery, collaborating with engineering, and driving manufacturing excellence.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines using CAM software to produce precision components.
• Develop and refine machining processes in collaboration with engineering to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Fabricate, modify, and repair machinery and parts with precision, ensuring strict adherence to specifications and tolerances.
• Troubleshoot machining issues, perform routine maintenance, and oversee quality control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate technical drawings into optimized CNC programs
• Create and maintain setup sheets and other documentation related to CNC programs.

• Proven mastery in CNC machining with extensive CAM programming experience
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex drawings and hold tight tolerances.
• Deep understanding of milling, turning, grinding, and tooling setup.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience with HSMWorks/Fusion
  360 and Solidworks preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CAM Software, Manufacturing databases and standard office applications (MS Office).

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in CNC machining and CAM programming.

• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and moderate noise levels.
• Ability to work safely in a dynamic shop environment.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
• Dexterity to operate tools, measurement devices, and perform detailed machining tasks

$28.00 - $36.00/hour
