If you have a proven track record of safely and efficiently delivering exceptional quality, we want to hear from you! Previous experience in printing or packaging is a plus, but we are more interested in your successes and ability to learn quickly.

• Regularly calibrate press via color calibration to ensure excellent print quality.
• Efficiently set up machine to maximize uptime.
• Confirm job specifications based on job ticket prior to printing.
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance on press.
• Notify Lead Press Operator when equipment needs repair or open service calls.
• Load rolls of material onto press and monitor print quality while machine is in production.
• Keep pressroom clean and organized.

• Simple mathematical ability for reports.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to read a ruler.
• Mechanical skills and use of basic hand tools.

• 1‑3 years in a production field related to digital printing a plus, but not required.

• Located in the press room, around moving mechanical parts and vibration.
• ePac encourages all employees to learn all facets of production; this role will have the opportunity to train in operational functions throughout the plant.
