The Production Supervisor is focused on leading personnel, coordinating workflow, and ensuring all production schedules are completed daily. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

Hours will be 5pm-5am.

Salary range: $61,000 - $84,000 USD

• Lead personnel and coordinate production workflow across multiple departments on one shift
• Lead and mentor production staff and other supervisors, providing coaching, training and performance feedback
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes (e.g. quality, supply chain, opex)
• Resolve production issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth operations

• Minimum of 3-5 years leadership/supervision experience in an industrial setting
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and communication abilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Tools
• Experience in inventory management and cost control
• Availability 5pm – 5am

Position Pay Range: $61,000 - $84,000 USD
