We are seeking an experienced Custom Fabricator to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and attention to detail. You will play a crucial part in our fabrication process, bringing designs to life while ensuring the highest quality standards. This is not an entry-level position, and candidates will undergo a skills assessment as part of the hiring process.

• Interpret and work from mechanical drawings to fabricate components with precision.
• Perform majority Oxy/Acetylene brazing of copper, light MIG/TIG welding, and other metalworking tasks.
• Operate light machinery including Bridgeport Miller, Drill Press, Cut Off Saw, and Lathe.
• Conduct machine assembly and ensure proper functioning of assembled parts.
• Implement light carpentry and plumbing tasks as needed.
• Follow stringent quality control procedures to maintain product integrity.

• Proven experience in fabrication, primarily Oxy/Acetylene brazing and MIG/TIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings accurately.
• Experience operating light machinery (e.g., Lathe, Bridgeport Miller, Drill Press, Cut Off Saw).
• Strong understanding of machine assembly processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Three professional references required (non-family/friends).
