Quality Engineer - CNC Manufacturing

Quality Engineer – Cinnaminson, NJ

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm.

Pay Range: $70,000 – $110,000 per year (depending on experience).

• Assist with managing the Quality Management System.
• Create and revise manufacturing documents, specifications, SOPs, safety instructions, validation protocols, risk assessments, and other technical documents to ensure compliance, efficiency, and safety.
• Investigate customer complaints and returns.
• Initiate and lead resolution of quality incidents and CAPA.
• Manage the CAR/PAR log.
• Lead implementation of new methods for continual improvement of quality and efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or a related field (required).
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a production engineering role (required).
• Familiarity with general inspection equipment such as mics, calipers, gages, comparators, or vision systems.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and knowledge of GD&T.
• ISO 9001 or AS 9100 standards highly preferred.
• Aerospace and defense industry experience preferred.
• CAD and drafting experience preferred.
