Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Deerfield

Our client, a leading organization in the beverage manufacturing and distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to join their team. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Distribution and Logistics teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Pay Range:$100,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

• Strategically manage the warehouse operations in compliance with company policies and vision.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure smooth flow and efficiency.
• Design and implement optimal layout plans to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop warehouse staff, including performance evaluations and personal growth plans.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and manage third-party warehouse relationships.

What's Needed?

• BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.
• 5 - 7 years of warehouse supervisory experience, with 2 - 3 years in a distribution center management role preferred.
• Experience developing and managing an operating budget.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
