Sr Program Manager

• Financial Controls: Assure programs are performed within specific program award budgets.
• Leadership: Responsible for leading a team of Program Managers.
• Schedule Controls: Ensure on-time contract performance with appropriate resource allocation to meet changing requirements.
• Contractual Submittals: Ensure timely production of documents, reports, and program updates per contract reporting requirements.
• Customer Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

  Skills:
  
  Clear understanding of business, accounting procedures, Quality Assurance practices, contracts, sales techniques, and manufacturing procedures.
• Engineering Knowledge: Thorough understanding of engineering concepts and techniques.
• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years managing complex programs with demonstrated financial skills and excellent communication techniques.
• Education: BSME or equivalent engineering degree preferred; advanced degrees (MBA or MS) and aerospace experience are a plus but not required.
• Candidate Criteria: All candidates must meet US persons criteria.

$140-$175K/yr
