We are representing a prestigious Aerospace Fluid Control Components Company in their search for a seasoned Program Manager. The successful candidate will manage an array of projects, ranging from legacy to cutting-edge programs, encompassing Product Development from sales inception through Engineering design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge and maintain strong relationships within the organization and with external stakeholders.
• Exercise financial control to ensure programs stay within budgets.
• Implement schedule controls to guarantee on-time contract performance and allocate resources effectively.
• Manage contractual submittals, producing reports and updates as required.
• Act as the primary contact for customer relationships.
• Understand and navigate business, accounting, Quality Assurance, contracts, sales, and manufacturing processes.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of engineering concepts and methodologies.
• At least 5 years of experience in complex program management, with financial and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degrees and aerospace experience are a plus.
