As a Restoration Project Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and field crews. This front-line leadership role ensures that jobs are scoped accurately, executed efficiently, and that our customers receive the best service in the industry.

• Create accurate project scopes and prepare estimates using Xactimate and proprietary SERVPRO software
• Negotiate and secure customer/client approval of scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage crews, equipment, and subcontractors
• Review documentation to support client requirements and billing processes
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance reps
• Manage production expenses (equipment, vehicles, materials)

• Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and track feedback/reviews
• Provide rapid response to potential customers in need
• Support recruiting, hiring, and training of restoration team members

• IICRC certification
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED (college a plus)
• 2+ year of management/supervisory experience
• 2+ year of restoration industry experience
• Working knowledge of Xactimate required

• Lift 30+ pounds regularly
• Work from ladders, in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined areas
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/carry objects
• Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents
• Must pass a background check (per applicable laws)
