Job DetailsSalary: $105,000 - $112,000 per year with a 6% bonus eligibility. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401(k) with company match, employee purchase program, and paid time off. Final base salary will be determined based on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Essential Functions- Provide strong leadership and management in all processes related to the receipt and distribution of the company’s product.
- Develop site‑specific facility processes and metrics to enhance operations.
- Schedule and receive all inbound product timely and accurately, following company SOPs.
- Ensure accurate placement of inbound product to proper pick and/or stock locations.
- Conduct regular cycle counts per SOP to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Update warehouse layout to maximize capacity and throughput.
- Conduct monthly safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
- Schedule all warehouse employee work hours and process payroll, time and attendance.
- Develop annual operating budget, process accounts payable invoices, and manage operating expenses; review financial reports.
- Provide forklift training and safety meetings as required by company, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain all material handling equipment in safe condition.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and SOPs.
- Complete all administrative tasks promptly.
- Work closely with HRBP and manager on employee performance and reviews.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Operate material handling equipment, including sit‑down forklifts, stand‑up forklifts, stock‑pickers, electric pallet jacks, shrink‑wrap machines, etc.
- Attend departmental meetings.
- Arrive at work, meetings, and appointments on time.
- Meet agreed upon goals and objectives efficiently and timely.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Normal office and warehouse environment, with exposure to loud noise, temperature extremes, and occasional overtime. Travel may be required as needed.
Physical RequirementsLifting up to 50 lbs., bending, sitting, driving, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field, or high school diploma with a minimum of five years in distribution operations.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising or managing a warehouse team.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems and Radio Frequency equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (incl. forklifts) is preferred.
- Certified MHE trainer preferred.
- Excellent multitasking, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
