• The Contract Manager plays a critical role in our ability to achieve goals by creating and maintaining strong relationships with our Stakeholders and Vendor Partners.
• The Contract Manager is responsible for maintaining a contract portfolio that supports an item to contract ratio of 95 percent in all medical and non-medical areas, with a primary focus on best value and standardization.
• Leads negotiations and proposed contract reviews that result in executed, extended or renewed agreements.
• Analyzes current practices in order to support and enhance the contract life cycle.
• Project Management and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through initiatives from inception to completion is a primary function.
• Maintaining individual and departmental KPIs is essential in overall performance.

The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey.
