Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Associate Director, Incentive Compensation – Neuroscience, Pulmonary Hypertension, & Strategic Customer Group based in Titusville, NJ.

Summary: This role partners with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop compensation programs aligned with strategic goals, supporting sales growth and ensuring compliance with global laws and regulations.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as an internal expert on compensation topics, recommending cost-effective programs that enhance competitive positioning.
- Leading the development and management of therapeutic area-specific sales incentive programs aligned with budgets and forecasts.
- Creating marketing and sales communication campaigns to promote program awareness and motivate field sales.
- Overseeing the design, communication, and maintenance of all field reports supporting incentive program execution.
- Managing inquiries from the Field Sales Force.
- Supervising direct reports involved in compensation program development and maintenance.
- Engaging in stakeholder, vendor, and project management to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Key Relationships: Collaborates internally with Sales, Marketing, Data Management, Finance, Compliance, HR, and Field Sales; externally with data and program vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred. - At least 7 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes and data sources.
- Minimum of 2 years of people or vendor management experience.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
- Previous management experience required; familiarity with Immunology market preferred.
The position offers a base salary range of $158,000 to $207,000, along with eligible benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. For more details, visit this link.
