Responsibilities
Proactively manage projects in the tradeshow and events industry. Manage large‑scale, complex trade show booths, overseeing audiovisual setups and custom fabrications.
Build client relationships, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and coordinate project elements from sales hand‑off through production.
Utilize strong organizational skills to manage project deliverables through internal production channels and outsourced vendors. Coordinate subcontractors in logistics and field‑related services and communicate critical concerns with internal departments in a timely fashion while adapting quickly to unforeseen obstacles.
QualificationsExperience required: 30 months in event planning and execution, aligned with the duties described.
Degree required in Business Management, Hospitality/Tourism, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field. Any job title acceptable if the required experience is met.
Travel to trade shows or events a few times per year is required—approximately 1–5 days in unanticipated locations within the metropolitan area and the US. Travel requirement is contingent upon industry and client needs and project requirements.
