This role is integral to our operations in industrial dismantling, rigging, and demolition across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, developing large‑scale projects with commercial, industrial, and government ventures while demonstrating strong leadership and project management abilities. • Manage projects involving industrial facility rigging, dismantling, and demolition.
• Lead and coordinate union and non‑union teams on‑site to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Collaborate daily with senior management and project managers to align project goals and schedules.
• Assist with project estimating, bidding, and submitting accurate change orders, including material and labor calculations.
• Travel mostly in the Tri‑State area, with potential for nationwide and international project sites as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with staff, customers, and outside agencies.

• Minimum 15 years of construction‑related experience; expertise in demolition and rigging is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (U.S. citizen or green card holder).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Computer Ease).
• Proven ability to adapt to change and excel in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid professional references are required.
