Data Center Technician

Overview

Our client is seeking experienced professionals to join their team in a live Data Center environment. This role involves hands‑on work with cabling, documentation, and infrastructure setup in one of the most critical data centers on the East Coast. The primary responsibility for this technician would be to install hardware and perform upgrades on existing equipment.

• Work within an active Data Center environment.
• Pull and terminate Cat6A cabling.
• Perform site surveys, patching, and accurate documentation.
• Install fiber and copper.
• Surveys to specific area.
• Patching.
• Documentation.

• Rack and stack equipment.
• Trunking.
• Fluke testing.

• Monday - Friday
• Second shift 5:30 PM - 1 AM

Contract to hire

• Ability to conduct Fluke testing and trunking.
• Comfortable with labor‑intensive tasks, including safely moving cabinets weighing up to 2,000 lbs.
• Onboarding associated with this position.
• References 1 - 3 to speak on prior experience will be required.
• Weekly pay.

Be part of a team operating in a state‑of‑the‑art, 200,000 sq. ft. Data Center, serving as one of the most critical facilities for a major financial institution on the East Coast.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bordentown, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Bordentown, NJ.
