Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers with U‑Haul products and services inside and outside the center
• Utilize smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U‑Haul trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment is clean and inspected
• Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices
• Participate in ongoing education through U‑Haul University

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing at least 50 lbs
• Willingness to comply with safety precautions when working around moving parts or machines
• Availability for hands‑on working interviews

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Familiarity with equipment inspection and maintenance
• Certification in forklift operation (training provided)
• Ability to install hitches and trailer wiring (training provided)
• Experience using smartphone technology for inventory management
