Residential Cleaning Specialist

Completely Clean is currently seeking a reliable, friendly, hard working House Cleaner to join our team. As a House Cleaner, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our residential clients. We are looking for an employee that values helping others, has a friendly attitude, enjoys cleaning, can follow directions and has a sense of urgency and pride in their work.

This position includes using your own vehicle as transportation between jobs. Please note this position is not offered with benefits.

• Have a Valid NJ License, a reliable car, car insurance
• Be 18 years of age
• Comfortable working around pets
• Have a cellphone
• Professional in both appearance and demeanor
• Able to bend, squat, continuously stand or walk
• Must be able to work independently or as a team
• Must be able to follow instructions

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
• Wipe down surfaces, including windows, mirrors, and countertops
• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions
• Provide excellent customer service by building a professional relationship with clients

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
