Housekeeping​/Janitor Custodian

Overview

Prince Sterilization Services, LLC is a contract steam and dry heat sterilization provider serving the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries. We are seeking a Housekeeping/Janitor Custodian to join our team to maintain a clean and orderly environment across three facilities local to the Fairfield/Pine Brook, NJ area.

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, replacing paper products, etc. (Includes: general building areas and warehouse space).
• Perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Organize custodial closets and spaces.
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment.
• Ability to lift at least 50-60 pounds (daily task).
• Must be able to tolerate occasional exposure to high temperatures and high humidity.

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
