Our client in Warren, NJ is seeking a Direct Hire Continuous Improvement Manager.
Salary: 115-150K DOE
Responsibilities:
- Serve the teams global product portfolio, acting as the single coordination point-enabling all functions to outperform market expectations with customer centricity at the heart of every decision.
- Facilitate S&OP and S&OE cycles and coordinate scenario analysis to ensure foresight, planning alignment, and informed decision making. You own Value Stream performance across the supply chain network.
- Apply sound judgment where playbooks or perfect data are missing.
- Balance trade-offs between utilization, service, inventory, and cost.
- Take ownership of supply network planning, manage product shifts across the network, balance capacities, and ensure the supply chain remains in sync under constantly changing market conditions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Network Design, but also including Production Planning, IBP, procurement, supply chain finance, or analytics.
- Develop capabilities, frameworks, governance structures, and standard processes in collaboration with global experts.
- 10+ years of deep functional experience in supply chain management, Network Design, Supply Network Planning, or related function with deep expertise in at least one SCM subdomain (purchasing, production planning, IBP, Materials Management, Operations Management, or related field).
- Facilitate S&OP and S&OE cycles and coordinate scenario analysis to ensure foresight, planning alignment, and informed decision making.
- Direct experience of end to end value stream experience and multi-site network leadership.
- Prior experience in leading cross-site initiatives, IT implementations across sites, scenario analysis for resilience and network performance.
- Experience in a global manufacturing policy development environment is required.
- Master's Degree in Supply Chain, business administration, or related field.
- Ability to consult with leadership and internal team.
