1) Super detail oriented (working with a lot of data and numbers)

2) Organized and follows instructions closely

3) Intermediate to Advance Excel skills.

Very detail oriented, strong follow up and organizing abilities.

  • Forecasting & demand planning, root-cause analysis experience in Supply Chain - HM is flexible w/ years of experience (3+ years)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-lookup, formulas, etc.; Macros is a big plus)
  • Great communication & collaborative skills, hard-working, flexible to work OT as needed
  • Need to learn quickly the complicated manual Excel data

Nice to haves:

Excel Macro(VBA) experience

SAP experience

Summary:

The main function of a supply chain analyst is to coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications.
  • Review documents such as production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.
  • Record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures.
  • Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

Skills needed

  • Bachelor's degree in a related business field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in order management or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP and EDI for order processing.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
