Overview
O’Brien, Belland & Bushinsky is seeking motivated attorneys for multiple associate positions with the firm in the areas of Labor representation and representation of multi-employer ERISA benefit funds, including contract interpretation for a multitude of clients and complex ERISA collection litigation.
Responsibilities- Evaluation of cases on an ongoing basis and discussions with clients concerning same.
- Legal research and contract interpretation.
- Drafting of pleadings.
- Depositions and discovery.
- Motion practice.
- Court appearances and arbitrations.
Working relationships are established primarily with the Trustees of benefit funds as well as Labor Union leaders.
Qualifications- Membership in New Jersey Bar required. Membership in Pennsylvania and/or New York Bar a plus.
