  • Oversee and coordinate matters handled by outside counsel, including transactional and litigation matters, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor degree.
  • 5–7 years of relevant commercial legal experience.
  • Ability to manage complex legal matters independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑management skills.
  • Practical, business‑oriented approach with a strong service mindset.
  • Flexibility, accountability, and willingness to support the organization wherever expertise is needed.
Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $180,000–$200,000, excluding bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and other benefits. The starting salary will be determined by experience, education, training, certification, and location. Eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program‑specific awards, subject to applicable rules.

  • 401(k) retirement plan with a competitive match and financial support tools.
  • Employee Assistance Plan for mental and behavioral health; life and disability insurance.
  • Wellness program.
