Job Description
A law firm in Mountain View, CA is looking for an attorney with 3‑5 years of litigation experience. J.D. from an ABA accredited law school and admission to the California Bar are required. Ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, ability to work independently, and prior litigation experience in federal and state courts. ERISA, NLRA, or LMRA litigation experience is a plus.
