Legal Billing Specialist (C2H)
Law Firm | Essex County, NJ
Onsite | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
We are seeking a Billing Specialist / Junior Bookkeeper for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of legal billing or bookkeeping experience.
Responsibilities- Process filing fees and track expenses
- Support appeals-related billing
- Set up contract drafts
- Prepare invoices using multiple billing platforms
- Produce client reports (tax savings, quarterly reports)
- 1–2 years of billing or bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Law firm billing experience is required
