Family Law Attorney - Bedminster, NJ

Shaw Divorce & Family Law is seeking a family law attorney for our Bedminster office. The ideal applicant will have significant experience handling a variety of family law issues including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence. Applicants must be able to effectively engage with clients under highly stressful and emotional circumstances. Applicants should have experience with litigation, mediation, and negotiations in the family law context.

• Manage a caseload involving litigation, mediation, and negotiation in family law matters
• Aggressively represent clients while demonstrating compassion and professionalism in stressful and emotional situations
• Develop strategic and innovative legal solutions to meet clients  unique needs
• Engage proactively with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel to facilitate positive outcomes

• Substantial family law experience (litigation experience strongly preferred)
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and litigation skills
• Strong ability to handle emotionally charged cases with sensitivity and professionalism

• Competitive salary: $85,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience
