This is an on-site, full-time Account Manager role located in Linwood, NJ. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client inquiries, ensuring accurate policy management, and facilitating renewals. Daily tasks include maintaining detailed records, preparing insurance quotes, collaborating with team members to solve client concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The role requires effective communication with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the company’s mission.
Qualifications- Proven experience in insurance account management, client relations, or customer support
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage client information and policies effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities for delivering customer-focused solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with insurance management software or CRM systems
- Knowledge of insurance products and services; prior experience with commercial or personal insurance policies is a plus
- Licensure in New Jersey Property & Casualty insurance or a willingness to obtain the certification
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members in Linwood, NJ
