S​/4 & BTP Supply Chain Process Automation Lead

BCTG’s direct client is looking for an S/4 & BTP Supply Chain Process Automation Lead to help consolidate 7 ERP systems into a single S/4

HANA environment, with a focus on end-to-end supply chain processes. This role is critical in stabilizing global product flows, designing advanced intercompany processes, and building process automation frameworks to support a modern, cloud-enabled supply chain. You will collaborate with in-house teams and our client’s Systems Integrator (Accenture), managing both onshore and offshore resources.

• Lead design and implementation of process automation in SAP BTP across supply chain functions, including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Finance.
• Build advanced intercompany automation in BTP to ensure seamless global product flows.
• Collaborate with internal teams and SI partners to ensure alignment on functional design, integration, and configuration.
• Develop and enforce best practices in functional design and configuration across upstream and downstream processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members; demonstrate strong people management skills.
• Translate business process knowledge into BTP-enabled solutions, including process automation and integration.
• Support end-to-end implementation efforts, including functional design of automation workflows and testing.

• SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation experience with a focus on supply chain, intercompany processes, and automation.
• Deep hands‑on expertise with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including workflow automation, integration, and extensibility.
• Strong process knowledge across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Finance functions.
• Proven people leadership and team management skills, including experience working with onshore/offshore teams.
• Experience collaborating with systems integrators (SI).
• Manufacturing experience required, preferably in multi‑site or global operations.
• Ability to report onsite 3 days/week if local, OR travel to client location (~1x every 3 weeks).
• Experience in intercompany automation and advanced BTP integration patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP configuration and functional design.
• Knowledge of global product flow challenges and multi‑ERP consolidation initiatives.
