QA Lead​/Mobile​/Startup Environment

This fast-growing, well-funded startup is building a platform designed to enhance every aspect of attending live events. Backed by significant private investment and strong industry connections, they are positioned for rapid growth and long-term impact. They are searching for a QA Lead/Manager to build and own their entire quality assurance function. This is a highly visible, hands‑on leadership role where you will design and implement QA processes from the ground up, covering both manual and automated testing for mobile applications.

You will play a critical role in shaping product quality, scalability, and user experience. The ideal candidate thrives in startup environments, is passionate about product ownership, and is excited to make a significant impact by establishing best‑in‑class QA practices. This role is on‑site in Hazlet, NJ.

• 6+ years of QA experience, including experience in a Lead or Manager capacity
• Experience working in a startup environment or building QA processes from scratch
• Mobile application testing (iOS and/or Android)
• Experience testing consumer‑facing (B2C) products
• Familiarity with QA automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar frameworks

• Build, implement, and continuously improve the company’s end‑to‑end QA strategy and processes
• Establish testing standards, documentation practices, and quality benchmark
• Lead manual and automated testing efforts across web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure high‑quality release
• Mentor future QA hires as the team scales
