Senior UAT Tester

Overview

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week

New York Life’s Cross FX Enablement team within Field Experience Value Stream is establishing a UAT Center of Excellence to raise the bar on product quality and business readiness for our field-facing digital platforms. As a UAT Tester Senior Associate, you will translate business intent into executable, real-world test coverage, certify field workflows across integrated systems, and provide fact-based go/no-go input for release.

You’ll partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA/Engineering, and Production Support teams to ensure solutions work for our field users production, not just in the lab. In addition to structured functional testing, you’ll help design and execute automated tests where appropriate, accelerating regressions and improving confidence across PI cycles. You represent our business users in test, contributing to acceptance criteria, business certification, and user acceptance sign-off for our major and on-going maintenance releases.

Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000

Overtime eligible: Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes

Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
