As a Paint the Way intern, you'll collaborate directly with industry experts, gaining invaluable practical knowledge while contributing to active client projects. We believe in empowering our interns; your ideas and unique perspective will be valued as an integral part of the team.

This paid opportunity is open to rising juniors and above, recent graduates, veterans, and those seeking a career change.

* Duration: 10 weeks, 30 hours per week

* Schedule:

June 9th - August 15th

* Location:

Primarily remote, with occasional travel required to our Cedar Knolls, NJ office for purposeful engagement. Candidates should be within driving distance of the Cedar Knolls, New Jersey Office

Overview for the Learning & Development Internship:

* Serve as the technical support lead for the "Skills" framework rollout in our Learning Management System (LMS). This includes mapping competencies to roles, configuring the LMS back-end, and ensuring the departmental rollout is technically sound and user-friendly.

* Own the L&D shared inbox during working hours, managing the process for external learning requests. This includes policy clarification, system troubleshooting, and providing direct support to employees.

* Conduct targeted research to identify "what's new" in the AI for L&D landscape. This includes scouting emerging tools, analyzing how AI can automate content curation, and identifying innovative ways to personalize learning paths within the LMS to drive higher engagement.

* Support the Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) lead on an ad-hoc basis. This involves operational support for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and ensuring our learning library is representative and inclusive.

Key Responsibilities:

* Function as a Junior Learning Architect, responsible for the technical execution of a major company-wide skills initiative.

* Create a short "Quick Start Guide" for the new Skills platform, specifically for employees and managers.

* Learn the 'mechanics' of HR by managing the full lifecycle of learning requests, gaining deep experience in corporate policy and system administration that fits around their academic schedule.

* Analyze trends in external learning requests to identify common needs and suggest internal alternatives.

* Create a "Standard Operating Procedure" (SOP) or a FAQ document for the external learning request process to streamline future admin work.

* Build a resume that shows they can handle the high-tech side of HR (AI and LMS) while maintaining the human element (DIB and employee support) in a professional, fast-paced environment.

* Generate a weekly "Learning Health" report showing system login rates and course completion data for the departments they support.

The Ideal Candidate :

* Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or Education (with an interest in Diversity & Inclusion) OR relevant functional experience.

* High "Digital Fluency"-someone who enjoys diving into system back-ends, testing new software, and translating technical processes for others. Must be innovative and proactive in identifying modern learning solutions.

* Task-oriented with exceptional time management and prioritization skills, a systems-oriented mindset, and a service-oriented approach to employee support.
