QA Lead - Mobile Applications Testing

Responsibilities:
Lead the QA team in testing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct manual and automated testing to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure adherence to best practices in QA processes and methodologies.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA team members.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile testing.
Report and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve them.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality releases on time.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role, with a focus on mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience with both manual and automated testing.
Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g.,
Appium
, Selenium
, XCUITest
, Espresso
).
Strong understanding of iOS and Android platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) pipelines.
Knowledge of performance and security testing.
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Test Rail).
