Pharma Communications Specialist – GenAI

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to drive asset and content management for emerging technology initiatives, particularly Generative AI (GenAI) and Extended Reality (XR). This role focuses on creating and managing compelling content to enhance organizational awareness, stakeholder engagement, and consistent messaging around innovative projects in a regulated pharma environment.

• Develop, curate, and manage a library of high-impact content assets (e.g., executive presentations, case studies, internal newsletters, storytelling decks, training materials, videos, and innovation narratives) to promote GenAI/XR initiatives.
• Create compelling, consistent messaging that aligns with Client branding, ethical AI principles, and business transformation goals.
• Support stakeholder engagement through targeted communications campaigns, internal events, and materials that drive adoption of emerging tech solutions.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Governance team members to translate technical concepts (e.g., GenAI use cases, XR prototypes) into accessible, engaging stories for diverse audiences (leadership, cross-functional teams, global functions).
• Leverage GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) for content drafting/editing and XR demos (e.g., immersive experiences via Meta Ray-Ban or similar) to enhance communications deliverables.
• Track content performance and engagement metrics to refine approaches and demonstrate impact.

• 5+ years in corporate communications, content strategy, or innovation storytelling (pharma/biotech experience strongly preferred).
• Strong familiarity with Generative AI for content creation and emerging technologies like XR (VR/AR/mixed reality) for immersive demos.
• Proven ability to produce executive-level materials in a regulated industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills; proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, or GenAI-assisted platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Copilot, Perplexity, Claude, Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses, or Google Glass/XR wearables.
• Understanding of pharma regulations (e.g., compliance in communications, ethical AI messaging).
