We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Analyst with 3‑5 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry. The role focuses on manual testing and requires hands‑on execution, observation, and analysis to identify software problems before release.
Job FocusManual testing – no automation.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years experience in Mortgage Lending Industry
- At least 1 year of experience in manual software testing
- Jira expertise
- Comfortable with Agile Project Management
- Understanding of SDLC
- Familiar with SQL
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a business related field preferred
- Experience in the Mortgage Lending sector required
- Design test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures from complex business requirements and specifications
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
- Develop strategies, methods, or procedures to determine product quality / release readiness
- Develop testing programs that address impacts to database, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability testing
- Investigate, document and report software defects
- Plan and develop strategies in accordance with project scope and delivery dates
