Overview
Manager, Workday Benefits Lead - Technical Implementation. KPMG Advisory is seeking a Manager to lead Workday Benefits projects within Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice. The role involves strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.

Responsibilities- Lead Workday Benefits projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
- Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries as appropriate.
- Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
- Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements.
- Manage engagements according to KPMG financial/cost management policies.
- Minimum of five years of recent ERP, benefits, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with completion of one full implementation of Workday Benefits.
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university/college.
- Minimum of five full life cycle implementations with Workday Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect and Workday certification in Workday Benefits/Payroll/Compensation/Advanced Compensation (if not currently certified, must obtain within three months from start).
- Detailed understanding of ERP concepts and general module functionality.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. No visa sponsorship is available for this role.
Salary ranges and benefits information: KPMG complies with applicable laws and displays salary ranges as required. California salary range: $129,300 - $223,900. Available benefits include medical, dental, Vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k), and a range of well-being benefits. Benefits vary by eligibility and job classification.
