Job Description

The Partnerships Associate will play a key role in supporting CNBC Select’s affiliate growth strategy by managing partner relationships, tracking performance, and contributing to affiliate operations across a range of financial service categories, including credit cards, investing, tax, insurance, and loans. Working closely and reporting to the Senior Manager of Affiliate Growth & Optimizations, this individual will help execute and optimize partner-related initiatives - from performance reporting to link tracking to maintaining affiliate network records.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, data-savvy, and eager to learn the ins and outs of affiliate strategy and operations in the digital media space.

• Assist in managing relationships with affiliate partners and networks by tracking performance and supporting day-to-day communications
• Pull and analyze affiliate performance data on a recurring basis (weekly/monthly) to support reporting and optimization
• Help QA and monitor affiliate link placements to ensure accurate tracking and monetization across CNBC
• Select content, maintain and update affiliate partner records, offer details, and rate changes in internal systems
• Support onboarding of new affiliate partners and network integrations
• Collaborate with editorial, product, analytics, and compliance teams to implement monetization initiatives
• Research competitor activity and financial services affiliate trends
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on performance and growth opportunities

• Hybrid:
  This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

• Salary: $60,000 – $75,000.

• 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital publishing, e‑commerce operations, or related analytical roles.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with affiliate platforms and dashboards preferred.
• Comfortable working with data to drive insights and decision‑making.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially when managing offers and reporting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively across multiple teams.
• Self‑starter eager to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
