We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Portfolio Management to lead technology programs and projects, aligning them with business strategies to ensure timely and budget‑conscious delivery. This remote opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with stakeholders and Client Success Directors to drive measurable value.

• Develop and uphold a portfolio management framework that aligns with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with Client Success Directors to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
• Engage with business stakeholders to translate their needs into portfolio improvements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring quality standards and budget adherence.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and manage risks within the portfolio.
• Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide governance and manage the intake pipeline for business needs.
• Drive planning sessions with clients to align on project priorities and resource allocation.

• At least five years of experience in portfolio management within a tech environment.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Power
  
  BI, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with AI and prompt engineering.
• Ability to prioritize and foster high‑performance teams.
