• Experience in DELMIA Apriso 2016 or 2017 / Apriso Flex Net 9.7, 9.6, 9.5 MES product
• Experience in one or more Apriso implementations
• Experience in different modules of Apriso (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Time & Labor, Process Builder, Global Process Manager, Business Integrator, Machine Integrator, Dispatching Board, Plant MPI)
• Very good experience in development using Apriso Process Builder
• Very good functional understanding of Discrete Manufacturing and Medical device manufacturing domain
• Experience or Knowledge in development of user interface using Apriso screen framework process
• Experience in Apriso portal for master data configurations
• Very good understanding of Apriso Flex Net data/object model, business components libraries
• Knowledge in Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
• Experience in Machine Integrator for equipment integration using OPC servers and Serial communication interfaces (RS232)
• Knowledge in Crystal Reports/ Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services for reporting
• Experience in fixing Apriso performance issues
• Experience in Business Integrator or middleware for integration with SAP and other enterprise applications
• Experience in using Apriso GPM tool for production roll outs
• Architect solutions using business practices utilizing the Apriso Software suite of products, including requirements gathering, scope definition, solution architecture, gap identification and gap resolution
• Guide MES implementations and global rollouts together with project managers
• Lead functional workshops with customers and partners/product vendors
• Gather and consolidate customers’ requirements
• Provide Technical guidance to the development team
• Create and update functional documentation: designs, specifications, etc.
• Support Project Managers regarding functional and technical aspects of the project
• Contribute to project risk management at proposal stage and throughout project, making plans to mitigate them and communicate to Project Manager
• Coach and leverage junior consultants
• Define and promote Apriso solutions and best practices and ensure they are implemented on projects
• Build and maintain domain expertise in various industries.
• Contribute to Presales activities together with Project Managers, Sales or Presales
