We are seeking a Data Relationship Manager to act as the product-facing lead for our enterprise data capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, data products, and data governance, ensuring that our data platform delivers real, measurable value to the organization. In this role, you will treat data as a product—shaping demand, clarifying use cases, improving usability, and driving adoption—while partnering closely with data engineering and analytics teams to ensure solutions are scalable, well-modeled, and governed.

You will be responsible for translating business needs into data capabilities and for translating data strategy into everyday business impact.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the data organization.
• Act as the voice of the business inside the data team and the voice of data inside the business.
• Translate enterprise data strategy into prioritized data products and roadmaps.
• Drive data literacy, onboarding, and adoption of data products.
• Champion data modeling, shared definitions, and governance-by-design.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, tradeoffs, and delivery outcomes.

• Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, analytics, and data governance.
• Product-oriented mindset focused on outcomes and usability.
• Excellent communication across executive, business, and technical audiences.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years experience in product, consulting, business analysis, or data-related roles.
• Working knowledge of data modeling and governance.

Preferred:

• Experience in centralized data or analytics organizations.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with data literacy or change management initiatives.
