We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management.

Our founders are experienced telecommunications engineers with over 200 years of combined expertise in designing, optimizing, and performance engineering for major wireless carriers worldwide. They aimed to develop low power, cost-efficient sensors for data collection, alerts, and predictive actions, integrating these sensors with low power, wide area (LPWA) networking technologies to reduce operational costs of IoT networks.

Insights Consultant Operations

• Research and analyze trends of community members and visitors
• Manage daily metrics dashboards reporting Call-in Rate, Shopper Traffic, Click-Through Rate, and Overall Orders
• Develop, maintain, and manage social support platform roadmaps based on insights
• Leverage insights and industry best practices to enhance community platform performance and growth
• Manage design, integration, and enhancement of social support products and channels
• Oversee UX design, optimization, and testing within infrastructure projects
• Improve community and social platform metrics to achieve growth and financial goals
• Analyze content trends and support issues, reporting urgent matters
• Communicate content trends and metrics to stakeholders using Excel and Power Point
• Work with community managers to monitor content health via analytics tools like Google Analytics

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years in digital operations and social platform analytics
• Expertise in Excel, including pivot tables
• Strong understanding of analytics platforms like Site Catalyst and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in Power Point

• Strong background in Internet technologies
• Experience with analytics platforms and Excel
• Self-sufficient with multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Experience with digital personalization
