• Champion User Experience Design and User Interface Design for designated projects, ensuring a seamless user journey
• Execute user interviews, craft personas, journey maps, site maps and information architecture diagrams to provide a comprehensive understanding of user behavior
• Develop user flows, task analysis matrices, wireframes, high-resolution mockups, and prototypes to vividly illustrate product vision
• Strictly adhere to Tax Design System standards, applying them appropriately to mockups for consistency and coherence
• Collaborate closely with UI Developer to ensure the product build is accurate, user-friendly, accessible, and aligns with the initial vision

• Minimum of three years of experience in crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually captivating websites or applications that prioritize user ease
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate design direction and vision effectively
• Deep understanding of accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive design
• Proficient with Figma, Fig Jam, Mural, Miro, and Office 365
• Portfolio required showing representative work samples demonstrating design prowess
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
