Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Informatica Tech Lead with deep expertise in Cloud Data Integration (CDI-PC) and Power Center to lead our data integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands-on experience with Informatica CDI-PC (Cloud Data Integration - Power Center), file-based processing, and various data transformations. You will design, develop, and optimize complex data workflows, ensuring efficient data processing and integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, development, and deployment of data integration solutions using Informatica CDI-PC (Power Center Cloud Data Integration).
- Develop and manage file-based jobs, leveraging transformations such as Aggregator, Expression, Lookup, and others to ensure data quality and efficiency.
- Implement and support CDC (Change Data Capture) concepts for real-time or near-real-time data processing.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts in SQL Server 2016 to support data workflows.
- Monitor and control Informatica workflows and jobs using Control-M for scheduling and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain automation and scripting solutions utilizing Power Shell and command prompt scripting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and best practice guidelines.
- Mentor junior team members, share best practices, and foster continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Informatica Power Center, with strong expertise in CDI-PC (Cloud Data Integration).
- Proven experience with file-based jobs and transformations such as Aggregator, Expression, Lookup, etc.
- Solid understanding of CDC concepts and implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL Server 2016, including writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Experience with job scheduling and monitoring using Control-M.
- Strong scripting skills with Power Shell and command prompt.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead complex projects and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
