Job Summary: The Project Manager supports and oversees multiple digital initiatives within a leading North American financial institution. This role focuses on driving project delivery within the U.S. digital portfolio, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives. The ideal candidate combines strong banking or financial industry experience with proven expertise in project delivery tools such as Jira
, Confluence
, and Clarity
.

• Manage and deliver multiple interrelated projects across the digital ecosystem.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery to meet scope, schedule, and budget targets.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
• Manage project financials, including forecasts, benefits realization, and budgets.
• Mitigate risks and resolve project-level issues promptly.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory, compliance, and reporting obligations for digital programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.

• 10+ years of project management experience (flexible based on skill alignment).
• Previous experience within banking or financial institutions

• Proven success managing digital transformation or technology delivery projects
  .
• Strong familiarity with Jira
  , Confluence
  , and Clarity project management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  , including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Prior experience leading digital projects or online platform initiatives.
• PMP and/or Agile SAFe certification preferred.
• Knowledge of enterprise-scale governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
  .

• Banking or financial industry experience
