- As part of the Syensqo group-wide initiative to boost the hunting mindset, and leverage digital channels in an optimal way, we are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing and e-Commerce Manager to develop group-wide digital marketing capabilities, lead concrete pilot projects in collaboration with the business units, and develop an e-commerce channel strategy capturing new growth opportunities.
- As part of the corporate commercial capabilities team, the individual will collaborate closely with other commercial capability experts in the team, with the marketing & sales professionals inside the business units, and with the marcom and technology teams, to further develop the commercial strategy, and develop, implement and manage concrete digital marketing campaigns leveraging existing marketing assets and use digital platforms to share the content with customers who opt in to the campaigns, generating business impact and supporting growth, and finally documenting the methodology for the group.
As part of this role, the team will also further develop the digital sales channel strategy, oversee the eCommerce platform strategy of the business, and represent the commercial capabilities team as subject matter expert in the ongoing CRM rebuild program and SyWay (SAP S/4) project. - This role plays a key part in accelerating our growth by introducing new innovations and concepts to our customers through digital marketing, and generating the business value from digital capabilities and channels. Based on a solid business and marketing background, the individual will also lead the marketing best practice development in the centre, and lead the corresponding capability building efforts across the group, based on the commercial academy roadmap.

- Develop the digital marketing playbooks for the group and build a network of change leaders across the business units.
- Refine the eCommerce strategy across the different business units and connect with the digital marketing capabilities.
- Expand marketing best practices across the group.
- Manage the commercial academy operations.
- Develop and execute, in close collaboration with the Marcom team, digital marketing strategies across various channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display advertising, etc.) leveraging existing assets created by the marketing teams within the GBUs and targeted to our extensive group of customers across markets and products.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives and KPIs based on priorities set by GBU.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement (new DVP projects stemming from the campaign, tracking of the DVP to eventual closer and realized sales).
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product & Asset Management, Communications) to align on targeted growth strategies linked to marketing growth programs.
- Provide guidance to the CRM rebuild and SyWay programs as subject matter expert on digital marketing and e‑commerce, to set the future standards for the group.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, e‑Commerce channel performance, and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- At least 7+ years of proven experience in marketing excellence, digital marketing, marketing automation, e-Commerce or related roles
- Strong knowledge of, or certification in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM and e-Commerce tools
