Talent Manager, Recruiter, HRIS Professional, HR / Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Bilingual Talent & HR Specialist to join our clients team. This role blends full-cycle recruiting with hands‑on HR support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both talent acquisition and day‑to‑day employee engagement.
You will partner closely with leaders across multiple departments to attract top talent, support employees throughout their lifecycle, and help strengthen internal HR processes. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact within a growing, team‑oriented organization.
What You’ll DoTalent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for office, technical, engineering, and operational support roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and create compelling job postings
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and professional networks
- Guide candidates and hiring teams through an efficient and positive hiring experience
HR Operations & Employee Support
- Coordinate onboarding and new hire documentation in partnership with external HR partners
- Maintain HRIS records, employee files, and job descriptions
- Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee HR inquiries
- Support performance management processes, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities
- Provide day-to-day HR support across multiple functional teams
- 4–7+ years of experience in recruiting and/or human resources
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred
- Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or operational roles
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience in classification & compensation, benefits administration, and recruitment
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
Job Type: Full‑time
- Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 per year
