Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Employee Relations
Overview
We're looking for a hands-on HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat. This role covers full-cycle HR
-from tactical administration to strategic initiatives-while ensuring compliance and driving employee engagement. If you're highly organized, quick on your feet, and consultative with strong people skills, this is your lane.
- Manage all HR functions
: recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership—make the case for decisions, handle pushback, and influence outcomes.
- Administer benefits programs and educate employees on ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan).
- Maintain HR systems, records, and policies with precision and confidentiality.
- Foster a positive, inclusive culture while navigating sensitive issues with professionalism.
- Administrative powerhouse with exceptional organizational skills and high cognitive ability.
- Consultative approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle complexity—lots of tasks, competing priorities, and compliance requirements.
- Experience across generalist HR functions (not overly specialized in payroll).
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and HRIS tools.
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel to Branches/jobsites.
- ESOP and union experience.
